Member countries should nominate one principal candidate and one reserve candidate, from the public or the private sector currently working in industrial development policy and SMEs by completing the Colombo Plan Application Form. The duly completed nomination forms (two sets) should be sent by 10 August 2012 to the Colombo Plan Secretariat.
