MEMBER COUNTRY’S NOMINATION
Each member country is requested to nominate through the national focal point two candidates, one primary candidate and a reserve, by completing Colombo Plan – Malaysia Joint Training Application Form and Medical Certificate. The duly accomplished nomination forms should be forwarded not later than 25 July 2012 to the Colombo Plan Secretariat.
